You only need to do it once if you follow the calendar the 4 separate videos. I want to be able to plan my workouts and need to know when to set my alarm. Today is my seventh day of doing the bridal workout calender. The arms and cardio a few days ago really tested me. I hope by the end of this month I can go through the entire workout for arms and cardio without stopping.

Normally you would do the workout twice to even it out, but in this calendar you only have to do it once. I tried splitting the time so doing the side plank for 23 sec on one side and 23 sec on the other side.

I learned to eat clean and healty and this really helps to keep my weight less. I love all her videos. I like to train with her YouTube videos. Her videos are solution for me because i have no enough money to visit pilates groups and the gym, but also she is talking about exersises.
